In this regard, we pledge to:
- Establish a healthy and safe working environment for all stakeholders, primarily our employees, to prevent potential workplace accidents and occupational diseases,
- Organize training sessions to raise awareness of occupational health and safety among all employees and conduct initiatives to educate other stakeholders,
- Foster employee participation and consultation—either directly or through employee representatives—to develop a more effective and applicable OHS system and ensure the continuity of workplace safety through a proactive approach,
- Identify potential hazards in advance, eliminate risks, and implement continuous improvements to minimize risks encountered by employees and other stakeholders,
- Develop methods to prevent accidents and minimize losses in case of any workplace incident or emergency,
- Identify and assess risks and opportunities that may impact our OHS Management System objectives and continuously enhance OHS performance,
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and national and international standards, and establish, develop, and continuously improve our OHS Management System accordingly.
